You're offered a “remote job” and asked to provide your bank account details or make test payments.

Reality: Your account may be used for money laundering (a criminal offense).

Tech Support Scams

Scammers call pretending to be from the bank or a software company, claiming your computer or account has been hacked.

Warning sign: Requests to install remote-access software or hand over OTPs.

Reality: These tools allow attackers to take over your accounts or steal data.
