The 3rd generation of Byblos Bank Armenia’s Onboarding Program has successfully completed its intensive training, specially designed for the Bank’s new employees.
20 ambassadors of excellent service have now begun their roles, each equipped with the practical knowledge and skills.
This generation completed the learning phase through a hybrid model that combined live interaction with a new, measurable, and controllable testing framework. This approach ensured both in-depth knowledge acquisition and effective performance assessment.
Following tradition, during the certificate presentation ceremony, the Bank’s CEO, Hayk Stepanyan, met with the program participants.
Upon completing the onboarding program, every new team member has the opportunity to meet the Bank’s CEO in an informal setting to discuss any questions or concerns they may have.
“Each new team member becomes an important part of the Bank. Our goal is simple: to ensure that every young professional receives the support they need to achieve real success at the Bank. For us, onboarding is not just a training stage but also the first vital bridge on their professional journey, where each newcomer gains trust and support,” said Ani Karapetyan, Head of the Bank’s HR Department, in her welcoming speech.
By participating in the onboarding program, young professionals gain in-depth knowledge of banking, excellent customer service, and the latest technological tools used at Byblos Bank Armenia. The program’s goal is to introduce new employees to the Bank from every angle through innovative and engaging learning approaches.
