Card built on benefits
The Mastercard World card offers a wide range of benefits designed to make your life more comfortable both in Armenia and when traveling abroad.
Cardholders receive complimentary membership in the LoungeKey program, with access to more than 1,200 airport business lounges across 650+ cities worldwide.
By obtaining a World card, the cardholder is entitled to 6 complimentary lounge visits per year for themself and their guests. Cardholders can also enjoy access to the comfortable LoungeKey lounge at Zvartnots International Airport.
Lounge facilities provide a quiet and comfortable environment where you can relax before your flight, enjoy complimentary snacks and beverages and unwind with a cup of coffee.

To access a participating lounge, simply present your digital card generated in the LoungeKey app.
Each year, Mastercard World cardholders and their guests receive a total of 6 complimentary accesses to Mastercard’s Airport Security Fast Track service, which allows them to:
- Avoid queues
- Pass through security faster at up to 100 airports across Europe and Asia*, including Zvartnots International Airport
- Pre-book a time slot at the security checkpoint
To use the Fast Track service, customers only need to register in the Mastercard Travel Experiences app or on the website.
To pre-book a time slot at the security checkpoint:
- Log in to the app and select the airport, number of passengers and your preferred time
- Receive your passcode
- Proceed directly to the Fast Track zone and present your passcode for priority access

The World card benefits package also includes complimentary internet roaming of 1 GB.
To use this benefit, download the Flexiroam X app, enter your bank card number, and follow the instructions to add the eSIM to your phone settings.
As part of the program, cardholders receive:
- Mobile internet access in more than 200 countries and regions: 3 GB valid for 5 days each year
- A 15% discount on all Flexiroam data plans when paying with a World Mastercard
The app is compatible with devices running iOS 7.0 or later and Android 4.0.3 or later.
Flexiroam provides 24/7 customer support via email, chatbot, online chat and WhatsApp. Detailed information is available on the official Flexiroam website and in the app, where you can also find step-by-step instructions for activating the eSIM.
With the Mastercard World card, you gain access to a 24/7 concierge service designed to simplify your daily life and enhance your travel experiences.
The concierge service provides assistance anytime, anywhere, including:
- Information services, flight and train schedules, hospitals and medical centers, latest news, information about your bank, and other reference services
- Travel assistance; booking airline tickets and hotels, support with lost luggage, and other travel-related services
- Worldwide reservations at cinemas, theaters, clubs, restaurants, and more
- Delivery services for flowers, food, gifts and other items
- Coordination of communication between the cardholder and the bank
- Information about Mastercard cardholder benefits
- Personal shopper services worldwide
- Other personalized services upon request
The concierge service is available via popular messaging apps (Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp), as well as by phone and email.

The card is provided to you in 3 working days.
You can use your Byblos Bank Armenia Credit Card via ATMs, POS terminals and internet.
You can use your card 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In the event of card loss or suspicion of fraud, cardholders must immediately block the card:
- Via the Online Banking service / Byblos Mobile app
- Via the USSD service
- By visiting one of the branches of the Bank (on weekdays from 9։30 am to 5 pm)
- By calling the Bank at +374 60 61 61 00 (on weekdays from 9 am to 6 pm)
The Bank will not bear responsibility for transactions made with your card prior to notifying the Bank or the processing center.
The USSD service enables cardholders to use their phone in order to perform the following transactions:
- Check the card balance
- Obtain a statement for the last 4-5 transactions
- Block the card
To activate the service, cardholders need to fill in an application at the Bank and provide their phone number. To then use the service, they need to dial *116# and follow instructions.
The service is free for Byblos Bank Armenia cards.
A total of up to 5 payment cards can be attached to a phone number, and transactions mentioned above will be available for each of them.
There are two convenient options for quickly blocking a card: via the Byblos Mobile app or the USSD service. Both are free and available 24/7. You can see a detailed card blocking guide here.

**In case the currency of the card transaction differs from the currency of the card account exchange rate for foreign exchange transaction is set by Byblos Bank Armenia +/- AMD 1.
***In
the event of withdrawing cash via Apple Pay or Google Pay from
Inecobank CJSC ATMs and cash outlets, commission is charged according to
relevant tariffs set for withdrawals abroad.
****The limit cannot be greater than 5 times the client's total income (salary or income from business activities). The maximum limit is AMD equivalent of USD 15,000, calculated at the CBA rate of the application date.
*****Chargeback complaints must be provided within at least 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the statement. The Bank is also obliged to accept the cardholder's chargeback requests if transactions, which are not authorized by the Cardholder, are appealed within 55 calendar days from receipt of the statement by the Cardholder, and the cardholder submits documents confirming the impossibility of submitting chargeback requests within 15 calendar days upon receipt of statement.

***********The interest rate accrued on the positive balance of the account may be set by the Bank at more than 0% per annum, based on the actual or expected turnover of the client's account or the volume and nature of cooperation with the client.
Note 1: In case of termination of the Card before the expiry date, the charged service fee will not be refunded․
Note 2: For cash withdrawals of AMD 20 million and USD/EUR 30,000 or more, customers need to notify the Bank at least 2 business days in advance. If prior notice is not provided, the Bank reserves the right not to execute the transaction.
Credit line currency: AMD
Credit line tenor: from 1 to 12 years.
Credit line arrangement fee: free of charge.
Interest rate: fixed 17%* p.a., in case salary transfer 15%** p.a.
Annual percentage rate: 16.42% - 21.36%
All transactions processed with the Credit card, including all obligations towards the Bank emerging during the Statement period shall be reflected in a monthly Statement, which is provided to the Cardholder after each Statement period.
The Cardholder is
entitled to repay in full or partially the amounts from utilized Card
Limit till the 15th day of the month following the Statement period (in
case the of partial repayment the payment should not be less than the
Minimum Payment (10%) and accrued interests) by crediting funds to the
Card Account.
In case all utilized amounts are repaid before the Payment date, no interests shall accrue on such amounts.
- The Credit line is only processed at Byblos Bank Armenia branches.
- The Credit line is disbursed by non-cash transfer to clients’ card account.
- The Credit line provision is executed within a maximum period of 3 working days from the date of signing the loan contracts by the client at the branch if mandatory documents are provided.
The repayment of the overdraft facility shall be done till the 15th day of the month following the Statement period whereas the interest accrued at the date of repayment shall be repaid first, followed by the principal. In case there are penalties, those will be paid first.
- The main factors affecting the decision to approve or reject the loan are as follows:
a - credit history
b - valid justification for the loan purpose
c - accuracy of the information, provided by the borrower
d - solvency of the client (financial position)
e -creditworthiness of the client (personal qualities, absence of any legal impediment).
- Byblos Bank Armenia will provide a decision on the Credit line application within 7 working days.
*In case of deviation from the main terms of the loan (tenor, amount, LTV, etc.), the nominal interest rate may be increased by 0.25%.
**If the loan is not approved through the automatic scoring process, the nominal interest rate will be increased by 0.25%.
In case of payment delay, the Bank
will update the Borrower’s profile in the Central Bank of Armenia Credit
Register and Credit Bureaus, which can lead to a negative impact on the
Borrower’s credit history and cause difficulties in the process of obtaining loans in the future.
According to the law of the RA on Combating
Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing and for the proper investigation of
the clients' profile, the Bank can obtain additional documents or other
information as per the Know Your Customer principle, as well as ask additional
questions during communication (if need be).
According to an agreement with the United States of America regarding the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), the Bank may request or gather additional information in order to identify the Borrower’s status as a U.S. taxpayer.
In
accordance with the requirements of the Common Reporting Standard (CRS)
established by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and
Development (OECD), the Bank may collect additional information to
determine whether you are a tax resident of any foreign country or
territory.
Information about loans or cards are also
available on the website of Your Financial Informant (www.fininfo.am), which is
an electronic platform that helps compare services offered to individuals and
facilitates the selection of the most efficient option for you.
After signing the loan contract, you may
communicate with the Bank by post or e-mail. The most convenient way for
communication is the e-mail, which is available 24/7: the risk of information
loss is eliminated, and secrecy is ensured.
All fees and charges will be debited from the cardholder’s card account in AMD. In case of foreign currency card account, the bank is entitled to exchange the amount due to AMD at the rate established by the Bank on the day of the conversion. In case the currency of a card transaction differs from the currency of the card account, the bank shall be entitled to convert the transaction amount into the card account currency at the rate mentioned in the tariffs.
